I even have an area for children because this is exactly what I needed in a gym when I became a mum.

I’m a firm believer that ALL women should be lifting weights on a regular basis, not only does it change your shape more than cardio ever could, it also;

  • Makes every day life easier so you can literally be a strong independent woman who doesn’t need a man to rearrange the living room furniture

1:1 Personal Training

£40 per session

Your hour, your goals, your plan.

Perfect if you want personalised coaching, expert guidance, and accountability in a private, supportive environment. Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving confidence, or getting back into a routine, every session is tailored to you and your lifestyle. I have experience with women who start with 1kg dumbbells and can now lift over 100kg, no one is too weak to start getting stronger.

Train Together

£55 per session

Everything is better with a gym buddy.

Train with a bestie, partner, sister, daughter, while still receiving personalised coaching. You'll benefit from the motivation, accountability, and fun of training together, while each workout is adapted to your individual ability and goals.

Teen Girl Strength Sessions

From £40 per session

Helping teenage girls build confidence, strength, and a positive relationship with their bodies and exercise.

These sessions focus on learning gym fundamentals in a safe, supportive and fun environment. Rather than chasing calories or weight loss, the emphasis is on building strength, confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
